TERMS & CONDITIONS: Holidays and Special events may require a 2 or 3 night minimum. Casa del Merman at GayStPete House is a laid back clothing optional bed & breakfast, it is not a bathhouse. Sexual activity poolside is prohibited. We are LGBTQ+ friendly, all orientations are welcome .
CHECK-IN is 2pm, You may arrive early and relax by the pool beforehand,
CHECK-OUT is 11am, and you may relax by the pool afterwards.
CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelations made more than 14 days in advance of reservation will be refunded. If less than 14 days, will only be refunded if the room can be rebooked.
